Proper container performance (including door alignment and door closing) depends on placing the container on a:

  • Level
  • Properly prepared surface

Buyer understands that uneven ground, soft ground, or ground settling may cause doors to become difficult to open/close after delivery, and this is not a defect in the container.

Buyer understands the limited warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic condition (for used grades)
  • Damage from modifications/alterations

  • The buyer had an opportunity to inspect the container at delivery or pickup

Buyer accepts the container in its delivered condition, except for any issues reported to Seller at the time of delivery and before the delivery driver unloads and departs.

If the Buyer is picking up the container at the container yard and upon their inspection identifies any damage, the Buyer must refuse the damaged container and request that an undamaged container be provided. If the Buyer removes a damaged container from the yard, all warranties shall be void, and the container will not be eligible for replacement or compensation.
